You can book a private tour through our website. During your tour, you’ll be able to walk the property, see Sunset Grove and the Garden Gazebo, explore the reception areas, and talk with our team about what you have in mind for your wedding.

We have a formal weather policy in place for Florida’s changing weather. One week before your wedding, we review the forecast. If the probability of rain is 60% or higher, or the heat index is expected to reach 100°F or above, tent coverage is arranged on your behalf.

Depending on your package, Lakeview Gardens covers a portion or all of the tent cost. Our team will also work with you on any needed adjustments to your layout or timeline.

If a named storm or hurricane warning is issued for our area and affects your wedding date, we’ll work directly with you to reschedule at no additional venue cost. We have procedures in place for severe Florida weather so you’ll know what happens next if your date is affected.

Once you book with Lakeview Gardens, you’ll have ongoing communication and support from our venue team throughout the planning process. We provide planning guidance, checklists, vendor recommendations, and two personalized design sessions. You can also reach out to our team with questions as they come up.

Every Lakeview Gardens couple receives two personalized design sessions. The first focuses on your guest welcome and ceremony, including how those spaces will be arranged. The second focuses on your reception, including details such as tables, linens, centerpieces, and how everything will come together in the space. These sessions give you dedicated time with our team to work through the details before your wedding day.

Receptions take place outdoors beneath the market lights, where the space can be arranged for dinner, dancing, and your chosen layout. The pool is also nearby, and couples can choose to incorporate it into the celebration, including opening it to guests later in the evening.

Lakeview Gardens offers décor and rental options that can be incorporated into your wedding package, including arches, tables, chairs, draping, and floral accents.
